Works performed
Int-Ext Construction company was engaged in a full set of services for Center EFdesign LLC. Those services included: design development and fit- out work for the flower shop in the Dream House shopping center. After having developed the design, our architects and engineers got it approved with the local facility management company.
The work started with installation of MEP systems:
- power supply and lighting;
- water supply, sewage;
- ventilation and air conditioning;
- water extinguishing system.
In addition, we provided a wide range of fit-out services:
- plastering and painting and decoration of the walls (hanging wallpaper);
- flooring (ceramic granite tiles and skirtings);
- installation of suspended ceiling Griliato.
All works carried out by our company were reflected in a set of as-built documentation.
