In the spring of 2020, under the constraints associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, SK Int-Ext LLC completed the renovation of the office of the Finnish company Kiilto in the Varshavskaya Plaza business center.

After total demolition of finishes, on the basis of a unique design project, we developed working documentation for the electrical power supply, HVAC, plumbing and fire safety systems. Then we carried out a comprehensive renovation of the premises. A beautiful, spacious and (which was especially important for the Customer) an environmentally friendly office combined both a workspace and separate areas for employee training. A well-played daylighting feature of the premises added "air" and allowed to reduce the cost of lighting.
