Design and build of Mesopharm office
Int-Ext Company has successfully finished the fit out of the Mesopharm pharmaceutical company’s office at: Moscow, Barklaya str., 6, bld.3, Barklay Plaza business centre.
We provided turnkey services for the project, from design to complete fit out and commissioning works.
Our services included the following positions:
- working architectural design;
- design of engineering systems;
- screeding and polymer floors;
- installation of marmoleum, welding the joints;
- gypsum board partitions;
- glass partitions;
- doors – wooden, glass and metal.
- plastering, spackling and painting works;
- installation of wall tiles;
- complicated plasterboard ceilings;
- griliato ceilings;
- built-in furniture;
- electric power supply system;
- structured cabling system;
- water supply and sewerage systems;
- access control and CCTV systems;
- fire alarm and public address systems.
The result of our work is a nice-looking, interesting office that we’re proud of.
