Fit out of a large insurance company’s office
Int-Ext has completed turnkey office design & build project of 1450m2 at Citydel business centre, Moscow. The client is a large insurance company.
We performed a large scope of rearrangement and fit-out works:
- architectural design, 3D visualization, design of engineering systems;
- installation of plasterboard, glass and foldable partitions;
- raised floor and floor covering installation;
- installation of suspended ceilings;
- installation of doors;
- a set of plastering and printing works;
- installation of roll curtains;
- electric installation works;
- installation of structured cabling system;
- HVAC works;
- plumbing works;
- modernization of heating system;
- installation of fire safety systems etc.
This project was fulfilled in shorty terms and became one of the largest contracts completed by Int-Ext Company in 2012. Name of the client company is not specified here due to its corporate policy. Recommendations can be provided on request.
