Refurbishment of KFC restaurant in the Ohotny Ryad trade centre
Int-Ext Company has completed the turnkey refurbishment of a KFC restaurant at a food court in the Ohotny Ryad trade centre at Manezhnaya square, 1 bld.2.
The premises was previously rented by another food service company. During the first stage of the refurbishment all the previous decorations and engineering services have been entirely dismantled.
Then we have performed floor screeding works, installation of new engineering systems and electric boards, installations of plasterboard partitions and suspended ceilings.
A whole set of plastering and painting works has been fulfilled. Anti-slip floor tiles with special extra-waterproof grouting have been installed. The walls have been fitted with tiles as well. New doors were installed as well as an electric roller shutter above the counter. Support framework for the counter has been assembled. Shelves for different needs have been installed in the storage area.
During the final stage of the refurbishment we have installed L.E.D. lamps, air disctibution grills, sockets, sanitary ware and CCTV cameras.
After installation of the terminal units, connection of technical equipment, balancing and comissioning works and wet cleaning the fast-food restaurant has started working.
