Int-Ext Company performed refurbishment and fit-out works in the office owned by the pharmaceutical company Mesopharm. These works included all the stages from comprehensive fit-out services to balancing and commissioning of engineering systems.

After preparation and issue of the full package of design documentation a wide range of fit-out services was rendered. Simultaneously with flooring the floor screed was laid, polymer coating was done and marmoleum with welding seams was installed. In addition, according to the design there were mounted plasterboard partitions and glass, as well as installed wooden, glass and metal doors. As part of the fit-out services we've carried out painting of the walls and wall tiles cladding.

For the ceilings fit-out there was used plasterboard and installed Griliato ceiling in one of the rooms. Due to its material and constructive features, this type of ceiling allows to implement many design solutions and has excellent service characteristics.

After that there was installed a built-in furniture. Complete installation of engineering systems, in accordance with the relevant normative documents, was done: power supply and electric lighting, water supply and sewerage, access control, video surveillance and fire alarm systems, the structured cabling system.
